Cook with love and passion, honour tradition and history. These are the cornerstones that I follow in my work. My huge inspiration was my grandmother, from whom I draw to this day.
The moment I got the opportunity to work as a chef in a French restaurant in Hotel Devín ****, I knew that I could apply my values in a place that has been writing its story since 1954. When creating the menu, I built on the traditional Czech-Slovak cuisine and with respect to the original recipes, I added a modern look to the dishes. I consider serving meals to be a kind of an art and I create it with honour and humility in accordance with the elegant premises of the Hotel Devín **** interwoven with works of art by important Slovak artists.
